Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your experience at Freedomgoldandsilverexchange.org. If you have received products from us that you are not satisfied with, we may, but are not obligated to, provide you with an opportunity to exchange a product for an identical product in the event of damage or defect. If you wish to pursue an exchange, you must contact us within three (3) calendar days of the receipt of your shipment. The customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the product that they are returning and the customer will assume the full cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are considered non refundable and the customer is required to pay any and all shipping costs as well as packaging for the item being considered for exchange. Freedom Gold and Silver Exchange LLC reserves the right to accept or reject exchange requests at our discretion.
